I was told last year by an experienced heating engineer that I required a new boiler. I have saved up and was looking for my best option. Steve contacted me quickly after advertising on here and he arrived promptly as agreed. My request was for a replacement boiler. He used all his knowledge hence the Oracle and gave me informed options. I told him him why I was needing a boiler. He inspected my current one and had it running in 10 minutes. John fitted a new gas boiler. Arrived when he said he would, worked through out the day without disrubtion to the house. Nice and tidy. .As said in previous review after he had spent all day working still made sure we understood how to use controls. £5K paid and no bathroom! After initial meeting saying he will squeeze me in, I was left with NO bathroom and £5K out of pocket! I agreed to a £10,400 bathroom, escalated quickly to £13,400 after ripping my old bathroom. 4 boarded walls, a few pipes and 1 electric cable coming out the ceiling, this was apparently the first fix done! He walked off after I only paid £1.5K of the last £2.5K he asked for and sent a text to say he would not be back! An assessment of work was carried out by trades in evidence.
