From the start, they helped with the planning, and in the build itself frequently went beyond what was expected, finding innovative solutions to the quirks in my house's pipework. Mr Lewis took the job at a short notice and arrived exactly on time. His fault diagnosis on our combi boiler and plumbing was quick; he explained the issue the really well (with a diagram!) and how to fix it. He also serviced the boiler while explaining what he was doing which was helpful. His rate was definitely reasonable, with no surprise costs. Highly recommended tradesperson, and we will be requesting his services again for additional plumbing work.
Excellent job, hard working, trustworthy and very nice guy - I would recommend Tim to anyone, in fact I have and he has done other jobs for friends and colleagues, they also rate him 5 stars. Tim fitted all new rads, new boiler, new cold water tank, and shower pump for less than anyone else quoted and to a higher spec.

Simon and Lewis were excellent to work with - positive demeanors, friendly and very tidy. They resolved a few unexpected issues with the re-wire without complaint and without quoting for the additional work. They were also quicker than expected. A very good company and one I'd hire again in future!
