Booked twice after confirming rate. First time he asked to change date. Agreed new time and date. Waited and he never turned up or contacted to say he wasn't going to do the job. Still need a cooker disconect and cap off. So I can move . No new communication.

Needed some property maintenance doing. I contacted Jani and he came out the same day to quote. By the next day he had started and completed on 2nd day, honest, reliable and does a great job.

I cannot find a single fault with these guys. I took a bit of a flyer by going with a company I had no dealings with and only a recommendation from this site, but it paid off. They were out to see the job in no time and gave us a date for the work just a few days away. They fitted a quality boiler for a very competitive price. They were in and out in a single day with minimum fuss. We are very happy with the boiler. Quality of service was excellent. Everything was explained and they came through on all their promises. Fitted a brand new heating system for 5 bed house in a week, the plumber was really conscientious , dealt with unexpected problems sensibly and worked long hours to get the job done. Very reliable and good after care too.

I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending Rich and his team. The team were reliable, professional and the standard of their work was excellent. They were extremely considerate of the fact that we were living in the property at the time with children - they tidied up daily. Rich has a great positive attitude towards his work, which was reflected in his pragmatic approach to overcoming any issue that arose. He took the stress out of the job and is clearly a very experienced builder.

Rob and Chris did a fantastic job fitting our bathroom, very pleased with it. Rob also helped and answered questions I had when choosing bathroom fittings etc. They left the house spotless, I would highly recommend them.

I am Absolutely Delighted with the work that has been completed by Safehands Property Services. The job posted was a leaking shed roof, which was repaired very neatly and effectively. Since then Safehands have also completed levelling some land, laying slabs and bark chips. All work was done to a Very high standard. DNA was the only company that responded to my request to fit a new toilet. I was flexible regarding the fitting time and Joe kept me informed of his availability to complete the job. Very reasonably priced compared to quotes from British Gas and HomeServe. Superbly neat installation including boxing in of pipework.
