Connor showed up when he said he would, the job was more complex than first thought so he came back a few days later and worked through some complications to get the job done. Price was very competitive and he was very easy to deal with both in-person and via text.

£5K paid and no bathroom! After initial meeting saying he will squeeze me in, I was left with NO bathroom and £5K out of pocket! I agreed to a £10,400 bathroom, escalated quickly to £13,400 after ripping my old bathroom. 4 boarded walls, a few pipes and 1 electric cable coming out the ceiling, this was apparently the first fix done! He walked off after I only paid £1.5K of the last £2.5K he asked for and sent a text to say he would not be back! An assessment of work was carried out by trades in evidence.

Broken radiator need replaced. Mus contacted me promptly and came out to do the job on the same day. Came back following day as needed to order new radiator and completed the job to a high standard. Price was very reasonable and Mus tested heating system after job was complete to make sure all ok. All in all great service and would definitely recommend and use again.

I had new central heating and a boiler installed into my flat. I am extremely happy with the work that was done. They did a first class job and all to gas safety standards. They gave really good advice and came up with good solutions. They were always on time and were very professional and reliable. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

Tarek did a fantastic job redecorating two rooms of mine in a rental flat that looked quite bad. He repaired seriously damaged wallpaper where a boiler had been removed and cracks in the ceiling before doing the painting. I was really surprised at how good looking the finished results were. All signs of damage and cracks were gone. Very impressed and I'll be using Tarek again when the need arises.

Graeme did a great job in replacing our bathroom sink unit. He was very professional in his approach to the job in hand and left the area clean and tidy. Adam gave us a time, date and price and stuck to all 3. He even went out his way to collect the house keys from our work. The towel rails’ pipes were problematic and Adam had to cut into the wall and replace skirting around extended pipes he had to create to fit the towel rail. Despite the extra work he didn’t charge more than his quote. We are very happy with the work carried out and will definitely use his services again.

Dorota came out right away and quickly established what the fault was with boiler not turning on. Issue was quickly resolved and cost was very reasonable. Happy to recommend their serivices.

Paul and Andy have done a brilliant job and I can not recommend them highly enough. They explained what they needed to do and left the kitchen clean, tidy and fully functional-the cooker looks great. Paul set out a clear quote at the start and arrived on time. I will definitely ask them back in a few months when we get a new dishwasher.
