After being let down I approached Andy and Ross: What a team I am absolutely delighted with my shower room, They paid attention to every detail nothing was a problem they are very professional and take pride in their work to achieve job satisfaction which I am very happy with good quality finishes and great value for money. Adam gave us a time, date and price and stuck to all 3. He even went out his way to collect the house keys from our work. The towel rails’ pipes were problematic and Adam had to cut into the wall and replace skirting around extended pipes he had to create to fit the towel rail. Despite the extra work he didn’t charge more than his quote. We are very happy with the work carried out and will definitely use his services again.

Dorota came out right away and quickly established what the fault was with boiler not turning on. Issue was quickly resolved and cost was very reasonable. Happy to recommend their serivices.

Paul and Andy have done a brilliant job and I can not recommend them highly enough. They explained what they needed to do and left the kitchen clean, tidy and fully functional-the cooker looks great. Paul set out a clear quote at the start and arrived on time. I will definitely ask them back in a few months when we get a new dishwasher.

Zahid came out to us before my son was born and I have no problem recommending him for the Powerflush services he provided. He was quite thorough in his assessment of which radiators require more attention and also offered some refreshingly honest advice on how to reduce the impact of sludge build up in the heating system. He was excellent value for money and the job has probably saved us around £15/month in heating costs.

Really pleased with Tony and the work he carried out. It was an urgent job that he completed the same day and we were back up and running late afternoon. Great value as he sorted ojt a couple of other things for us. Very friendly and easy to deal with. Very highly recommended.

Neil did a systematic and detailed check on all the electrics to not only find the fault and repair it, but went the extra mile to check the other lights to ensure that the problem wouldn't recurr. Took his advice and switched from halogens to led downlighters. Very pleased with the service, especially as it was a Sunday and didn't charge extra for weekend work.

If I'll ever need a fridge engineer, Keith will definitely be my man again. I could not recommend him with more pleasure. And it ain't because of the reasonable price he asked me for my fridge, but because of the commitment he put in its job. He came to my place to collect the fridge and provided a friendly and honest quote. He also made a long test after the fix and he came back to deliver back the fridge 3 days later. And, last but not least, all done with a smile! In a few words: A real professional!
