I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Scott. I scheduled an appointment to have a boiler installed, but they stood me up not once, not twice, but three times! Each time, I was made to wait for hours with excuse after excuse about delays, only for them to never show up. What makes this even worse is that they knew I had other appointments afterward, yet they completely disregarded my time. Their lack of professionalism and respect for my schedule was appalling. Mostly a good service but some bathroom work had to be re-done because the plan wasn't followed. Their communication wasn't good and things that they said would be done were not. I was surprised to find they were storing their equipment in the new bath. Fortunately, no damage was done. Overall rating 3.

Responded quickly within 5 minutes and a Young Gentleman Named Oliver came out within a couple of hours was very polite, Removed Bird from behind the chimney and put Gas fire back and tested, Cleaned up the mess too. Will Definitely Recommend to Anyone. A Very Happy Customer.
