I do all works, from small jobs to building extensions, loft conversions, decorating and gardening works. Also, I do drainage and plumbing works.
Good work but slight delay
We have excellent day to day experience in all aspects of plumbing, we are willing to work all hours and also work weekends which will suit to customers who work 9-5 jobs Monday-Friday. We have a great customer service review base from previous jobs and we like to try and give customers the most realisable quote to keep them happy. Turned up early and completed a comprehensive service of my boiler. Helped answer some general questions I had with the immersion heater and pump which was extremely useful for future knowledge. Was happy to explain each each step of the boiler service and was very tidy, friendly and efficient. Would recommend to anyone.

Graham contacted me via telephone, I found his manor very pleasant and professional, he arranged a convienant time to visit the same day. He took of his shoes off whilst in the property and fitted the cieling fan as requested. I was very pleased with Graham and would recommend him. His pricing I found very pleasing and will certainly use his services again.

It is unfair for me to put 'Poor' but there is not an appropriate 'option' choice in your list to explain what happened. I have no idea what his work is like as there was a misunderstanding about when he was supposed to come, and eventually I had to cancel the job.
