Excellent service, the problem was tricky as the boiler had suddenly failed with a blank control panel (fuse ok). Initial testing failed to find a fault but after some deep system checks the cause was discovered and he left me with a fully working system. He went the extra mile, definitely use again.

Ussman came around to service our boiler and diagnose a problem we were experiencing. I can honestly say that he is an absolute professional. He knew his trade inside out & managed to fully repair the boiler and it is running so much better now. He didn't leave until he was sure we were satisfied. Norbert has done an excellent job. He balanced the radiators, checked the pump, and explained how I could adjust the hot water and heating more efficiently. He advised me on what could be done in the long run to keep the system healthy. He also sealed a leaking lead pipe in a very awkward position. All the plumbing problems in the house were sorted in one go.
