I'm a qualified and well experienced gas safe engineer with years of knowledge and experience around boiler installations and breakdowns. I also issue landlord safety certificates and cover heat pumps. I have worked with many companies, including British Gas. I provide all my customers with great customer care. My aim is not only to resolve problems my customers encounter, but also to provide them with guidance and knowledge on how to prevent the problem from reoccuring in the future. Excellent service, the problem was tricky as the boiler had suddenly failed with a blank control panel (fuse ok). Initial testing failed to find a fault but after some deep system checks the cause was discovered and he left me with a fully working system. He went the extra mile, definitely use again.
