London Heating Expert is a trading name for my registered limited company, Capital Properties Umbrella Ltd. I graduated in BEng Electronics and Computer Systems from Kings College London in 2007. However, it's been a few years that I've changed careers and am working in the trade. I am now a Gas Safe Registered engineer and actively undertake all plumbing and heating work. I’ve done a handful of bathroom and kitchen fitting projects and I can handle all aspects of the work, from plumbing and electrics all the way to tiling and grouting. Electrical work can be done, overseen and certified by an NICEIC approved contractor. We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. Richard & his colleague (SW Energy & Heating) installed a new Vaillant Ecotec Plus 824 Boiler in my flat in SW17. Richard was very helpful & informative from the first conversation I had with him. I'm very happy with the work he completed. It was completed to a high standard at a very good price and at a time that was convenient for me. If any of my family or friends ever need a gas engineer, I will recommend Richard.
Victor did a brilliant job on our living room and gave excellent advice on what was required to make the finish of the job as perfect as possible. Victor was happy to help in purchasing materials but he gave me a list of what he wanted and I was happy to get everything. The job took a little longer than expected but I was happy to accommodate given the quality of work that was delivered. I would not hesitate in recommending Victor or using him again in the future.
