Very happy with the work Mosaic did. They did 2 bathroom makeovers, they were let down by a tile supplier which delayed our timetable but in general the team were good to work with, focussed, and listened to what we wanted. Also very helpful on design, selection of materials, and adjusting for problems discovered when ripping out the old bathrooms. I would be happy to recommend and use them again.

Norbert has done an excellent job. He balanced the radiators, checked the pump, and explained how I could adjust the hot water and heating more efficiently. He advised me on what could be done in the long run to keep the system healthy. He also sealed a leaking lead pipe in a very awkward position.
