Ussman came around to service our boiler and diagnose a problem we were experiencing. I can honestly say that he is an absolute professional. Plumber Lawrence lied to my tenant that her and her son were lucky to be alive because my boiler was dangerously killing them that carbon monoxide detector was faulty. He wanted to change the boiler. I gave the job to a different gas engineer and the inventory agent both confirmed that the carbon monoxide detector was fine and it is still in use. You can really do just about anything! How I normally charge is call out charge of £100 this covers the first hour then £50 an hour thereafter plus materials/ parking. Some services are charged at a different rate for example: emergency call out and weekend rate is normally higher rate. • power flush to central heating system charge is £450 including all chemicals and inhibitor to the system this covers six radiators any more than 6 radiators there is an extra charge at £100 per radiator extra .

We had them in to install insulation in our upstairs floor, replace the sub floor, replace some lights, install a loft hatch, and board out our loft. On top of this they discovered a problem in our roof that they fixed. We were incredibly impressed by all of the staff that attended on site. They were friendly, polite at all times, and worked really hard, to a high standard. I couldn't recommend James and his team more, and we've already started talking to them about a further project.
