mixer tap, and toilet changed including plumbing for the toilet from hot to cold. Leak on outside wall all done within the days quote - very punctual, professional and stuck to the quote provided. No breaks taken - am impressed with him. Will recommend him to my friends and colleagues and use in future.

Marius and his team are fantastic. They are highly proficient across all the building disciplines so don't need to sub contract out any of the work, This means that the project runs incredibly smoothly and at a very competitive budget. I have nothing but praise for their work ethic, communication and organisation. I would recommend them to anyone. No matter how big the job, from bathroom fitting to multi storey extension, you are guaranteed a great result.

David & and his assistant Gareth were excellent. Turned up on time on each occasion - when providing a quote and doing the job. Very knowledgeable - advised which radiators to fit with the existing plumbing. They also took great care with our new cream carpets and cleared up completely afterwards which my wife was very pleased about. Job completed without any issues. A pleasure to have around – wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Douglas was a top chap. A very kind and patient man. He attended our period property to resolve a central heating wiring issue, but after 4 hours of problem solving, it turned out the best solution was actually going to be to replace the boiler with a modern combi... a job we knew was coming, but were putting off.

Quick quote, arrived on time and totally helped us out after our plumber had let us down and left us without heat for several days. Heat Nest installed boiler, flue and filter in the day and made sure the entire system was bled so that we would have a nice warm house in time for the family that was arriving that evening.

I am not going to enter into a long correspondence about this. But, I will clarify contractor's last point. Total cost of job was £6,500. This contactor's labour only cost; his calculation; was £2,400 plus. Quote for finishing up for a "half day" was £120. Time actually spent on site was 2 1/2 hours. I paid £70 as remainder of work was clearly rushed and not satisfactory. ALL invoices, but the last, were paid on the same day of receipt. The last within seven days.

Throughout the entire process Greg was very professional. His service has been excellent, he also has a lot of experience and very helpful advice. When he came to view the property I had already had two other plumbers also come and view the property and Greg had picked up on a number of issues which hadn’t been raised previously, which would have caused Considerable issues in the future. I would highly recommend Greg’s services to anyone looking to hire a plumber.

The standard of work was excellent - way better than I have ever experienced. I am so lucky to have found this company. Always on time, turned up when expected - stayed late to finish, tidied up after themselves EVERY day - pleasant and courteous and excellent, excellent finish! I am really delighted and cannot recommend this Company enough. I have already had people around to look at the quality - it is seriously good. And so easy to deal with - nothing is too difficult for them. And I was fussy!
