I did not hire this company. They came to assess the job and promised to send me an estimate by email. However, despite several messages to them from myself, they never had the courtesy to respond or send me a job estimate. We are a gas safe registered plumbing company, we carry 5 million pounds liability insurance offer a 24 hour breakdown service, we are on the Baxi works scheme, and valliant preferred installers.
The condensation tank was not checked you said if there was water it would not operate . Not true. No checks for Co above boiler was a miserable service which provided no reassurance wasnt worth £108 be honest you know it wasn’t
