What can I say. Darrell is amazing. The workmanship is beyond perfect. Darrell listens to what you want and carries out the job to the highest quality and finish. My boiler has never looked so good. Turned up early and completed a comprehensive service of my boiler. Helped answer some general questions I had with the immersion heater and pump which was extremely useful for future knowledge. Was happy to explain each each step of the boiler service and was very tidy, friendly and efficient. Would recommend to anyone.

It is unfair for me to put 'Poor' but there is not an appropriate 'option' choice in your list to explain what happened. I have no idea what his work is like as there was a misunderstanding about when he was supposed to come, and eventually I had to cancel the job.
We have no hesitation in recommending this company. We received excellent advice from Andrew Smedley before we commited to the work, and then him and his partner Neil Dunkley completed an excellent installation with the minimum of fuss. A first rate company to deal with, both professionally and personally.
