I'm pleased with the plastering services carried out by James and Nathan. Despite delays on our part, they were patient and even carried out some extra prep work for a reasonable fee. They work well as a team and the finish is very good, so much so, that at the end i asked them back for further work which was carried out both quickly and in an aesthetically pleasing manner. I'd certainly recommend them to others seeking the services of professional plasterers.

Robin arranged a time and date and came when arranged - also texting in advance to let me know he was on his way. Diagnosed the problem and explained what the issue was and provided a temporary fix prior to providing a quote for a permanent fix.

I wish all our tradesmen could be as good as Jo - he's an absolute star! Jo was punctual, kept in contact as we were trying to co-ordinate various tradesmen, flexible, reasonable and very very good at his job. Tony and the Keep Cosy team were fantastic! Tony was so helpful throughout the whole process and really listened to what we wanted. We were really particular about the tiling and we would come home from work and Tony would've left tiles on our porch for us to see, this was in his own time even before he'd started the job! The finish of the bathroom is beautiful! We are so pleased and would definitely recommend them!

Tom did a good job on replacing old boiler. The best about him is that he does care about his customers. The boiler replacement jobs should have lasted for 2 days and we were expecting no hot water and heating for both days. However Tom didn't leave the job 1st day until we had a hot water and heating in household for overnight use! Great Service!
