Liam responded to the posting within 10 mins and visited the house the follow morning at 8am (which was a Sunday!) and provided a quote the next day. Liam changed 3 electric showers, removed a waste disposal unit and fixed a tap. The work was carried out to a very high standard. Florin did a good job for my elderly mother in June. However, the pump that he installed stopped working 2 months ago and despite numerous calls, texts and emails, he has failed to respond. The pump is guaranteed and he has the paperwork so we are stuck. Very poor after care which has totally changed my initial view.
