Very reliable , good communicator. very happy with the job undertaken (2 x heated towel rails, 3 sink taps replaced and shower tap fitting to a bath). would defiantly recommend and use again.

Quick to respond to the invitation & the quoted price was competitive. An appointment was arranged for a few days later. The engineer that came to do the work exemplified every professional attribute you'd expect.. When he left I was very happy. Then I found the inhibitor bottle had been left on the window cill - forgotten - seal unbroken. It took a bit of to-ing a froing to get them to send someone back to complete the job, but the young lad returned apologised finished the job in 25 mins. Happy customer.

Kale and his team did my full system replacement for a really good price and I am delighted with the results. From his original advice (which was really needed as I wasn’t sure what I needed or what was the right approach for me) to the final support with some unpredictable issues, Kale’s advice was clear and comprehensive which helped me understand my options and feel confident that I was getting the best outcome for me.

Steve checked the boiler for the source of the leak. Then he checked the availability and price of the offending part; but feeling it was too expensive for what it was he advised that he would effect a repair, which he did. Knowing how much the cost of the part was and how much Steve actually charged me I can tell you this is a genuine person who is not out to rip you off. And on top of that he's a nice fella, He takes one sugar in his coffee.

When Craig came round he was able to tell me that my initial plan wouldnt quite work, so we formulated a new one, and even though i had awkward times for him to arrive he managed to fit us in and complete the job to the exact standard I required. Nice down to earth guy, clearly knows his stuff. We are absolutely going to use him again.

Arrived on time, exceptionally professional completed the job in just over 2 hours, very tidy cleaning up any debris, discarded the old fire he had removed with the empty boxes and packaging. Very pleased with the new fire he fitted and the price charged.
