I received a prompt response for my job posted. I had a leak in my bathroom and it was identified that the water was leaking through the silicon seal. The job didn't take that long to redo the silicon and only a part of silicon was removed and redone. In three weaks it again started leaking from the same area as it was not done properly. I wouldn't have worried paying £90 for that job if it had not occurred again. However, I had to hire someone to redo the silicon layer again. Which is a bit disappointing.

Excellent, did not know where to start finding a suitable plumber to replace our boiler, you hear of such horror stories, rated people put several plumbers in touch with us, we were able to compare quotes. This job was paid for in full, and since being done I have had another company out to refit and replace doors. You were paid in full - it's strange how it's taken 6 YEARS for you to answer the review!?!?!?!

Jamal arrived within an hour of me posting the job. Sorted out the leaking pipe quickly and knows what he is doing. I can't compare the price as I don't have anyone to compare with, but thought the price is reasonable. So far I am satisfied with the job and would use him again.

Oh dear, it started off so well. Steve the plumber got in touch with us and turned up promptly when he said he would to give us a quote. As promised he phoned us with the quote and we made a date for a few weeks later for him to come and do the work. My husband took time off work on the day that we had arranged with the plumber, and guess what? Yep, he didn't turn up or even phone. What a total waste of our time.

Really helpful guys. Nice for someone to have a "we can do attitude". Arrived to give a quote and stayed to do the job. Overall we are very pleased with the workmanship, and the care taken. Would recommend them.

Steve came out to take a gas fire out but ended up helping me take out the entire facia and hearth. He was a really nice guy and was very conscientious about the work he was doing explaining why he was doing it and making sure I was happy throughout. Would whole heartedly recommend him and I’ve got his details in case I need any further works doing!

It was an earlier misunderstanding when i stated that Kamesh did not respond promptly to my request for a quotation. he did respond electronically via e-mail, but through no fault of his own there was a technical fault with the e-mail. He has since come home to personally quote/advise me on the job needed and i retract i my earlier comment(03/07/12) about the disappointing service experienced. I hope that rectifies the misunderstanding.

Started to fit wrong sink unit , Blaimed supplier.Connected hot to cold ! Cold to hot! Did-not secure pipe work!Promised to fix! Sent voice mails texts etc no reply! Used another phone !Answered!!Promised to resolve ! Still not fixed! This has been going on since December!! Now end of Feb! Would you rate this guy?

Approachable, professional, knowledgeable, polite, helpful, reliable, excellent communication skills, experienced, exactly what we were hoping for - We would definitely recommend John. With his apprentice he fitted 2 new radiators with new pipework, cleaned and balanced the system, serviced the boiler. All in the day. Heating working great, thanks John.
