Ussman came around to service our boiler and diagnose a problem we were experiencing. I can honestly say that he is an absolute professional. He knew his trade inside out & managed to fully repair the boiler and it is running so much better now. He didn't leave until he was sure we were satisfied. The job was a new app-controlled thermostat for the boiler. I was disappointed with how and where the receiver was wired on the wood board and the plug wire in the hall. That’s why I’m giving 3 stars—it would have been 2, as I wasn’t happy with your response when I raised my concerns, but I’ll overlook that. I expect work to be done professionally, especially when paying for it. I felt let down. Peter.
