Sunil turned up on time, reviewed the fault with the boiler and fixed it. Carried out a power flush, service, and reset the thermostat on the immersion heater. The heating is now running back to normal. Good, prompt and courteous service.

We're so delighted that we went with TBC. TBC completed major works on our property - structural works, full electrics/re-wiring, plumbing, tiling, decorating, new flooring, new bathroom etc. etc. TBC were so professional throughout and had all the relevant knowledge with regards to certificates and approvals needed. Job done well, involved two visits. Only issue with Service team was that they don't give a timed appointment so it may be necessary to plan to be at home for a whole day in readiness for a job that only takes half an hour.
