I have 10 plus years of experience working on gas central heating systems. Performing maintenance on existing systems via servicing, carrying out CP12’s for landlords, diagnosing intermittent faults and repairing total breakdowns. I take pride in my work and strive to maintain high standards of work. I am of the opinion that most boilers can be maintained and repaired and rarely look to replace existing systems.

Kailum did a super job replacing a couple of radiators and installing an additional one in a ‘cold’ room. A once unusable space is now inhabitable. Other tradespeople had told us an additional radiator couldn’t be installed but Kailum has proven them wrong. We are delighted with the outcome and would thoroughly recommend. They have completely transformed all of these rooms and we are extremely happy with the end result.
