Excellent work from Heating Homes replacing two heavy duty oil boilers in an external boiler house. David and Robert (the principals) were good to deal with at the quotation stage, came up with a fair price, and oversaw the project to completion on time and as quoted. Luke, who did most of the work, was amazingly tidy, working late to get the system running before Christmas and returned on a Sunday evening to deal with a small problem which had unexpectedly developed. Very professional all round.

I used AGL to decorate my 5 bedroom house in W12 in April 2014. The standard of the work was excellent. They are experienced and were able to come up with practical solutions to issues that arose. Just to be clear, we asked for your advise about the most economical way to make the doors clear. You said you could repair the doors. In repairing the warped wood your poor quality work resulted in the door leaking which in turn stained the carpet. We would have been better off not asking you to carry out any work on the door. Your response to the problem was unprofessional and I would not recommend you to anyone, no matter how small the job.

Job was to sand the floor of our flat and we set a price. After asking for more they guaranteed to finish for the extra price. A day later they pulled out of the job leaving it un finished. They said it was due to a black tar like substance. they said they had tried everything. My painter and decorator took a torch and scrapper and had it up in minutes. They had the wrong tools and seemed like first flooring job. After contacting asking to finish he said he would get back to me but failed to be reached.
