Excellent job, really friendly and helpful guy. Have already phoned Martin about a couple of other urgent jobs that have come up in the last few days - both toilet cisterns out of service, and he has come out and sorted them out today. Martin is now our go to man for any future jobs, whether it's to carry out the job or just for help and suggestions. Man called Lewis called, claiming Enkeled was his father, this being family business. I went to check and company shows as dissolved, with 21 YO Enkeled Bani who obviously cannot be a father of an adult man. No insurance. When asked about these obvious differences, tradesman lost interest. It is apparent to me that all the positive reviews are from friends and family as no reasonable person would appoint collapsed company without insurance for such serious work they are advertising.

Approachable, professional, knowledgeable, polite, helpful, reliable, excellent communication skills, experienced, exactly what we were hoping for - We would definitely recommend John. With his apprentice he fitted 2 new radiators with new pipework, cleaned and balanced the system, serviced the boiler. All in the day. Heating working great, thanks John.

The guys were absolutely brilliant. They came round and within 20 minutes they knew what was wrong. They had a new boiler ordered and picked up that night and came back first thing the next day to fix it. Honest, friendly and had my new boiler fitted within a few hours. They found solutions to tricky issues they found due to the build of my flat. They went above & beyond.
