This is an interim review only. Throughout, Eddie was friendly, polite and very helpful indeed. He spent well over an hour diagnosing the problem correctly and trying over and over ways to put it right. Eventually he had to conclude that a fault had arisen in our twenty-year-old shower, which he could not remedy without co-operation from the manufacturer. He has sent an email with photos to the company with request for their assistance, and we await their reply.

I went on to work at British Gas, Worcester Bosch and Ariston thermo before I set up my own plumbing and heating company which has been going seven years now. I have lots of experience in boiler repairs, boiler servicing and new boiler installations. I can also carry out official gas safety checks for house sale information packs and for landlords gas safety checks. I can install gas cookers and run gas piping. I am qualified and experienced in working on gas water heaters and gas fires and I can work on LPG appliances too. I also have extensive experience with all aspects of plumbing including fixing faulty toilets, replacing taps, fixing leaks, fitting showers.
