A very talented and highly professional team that made sure we were actively engaged on every step of a large project, covering nearly every trade possible, with one clear and obvious intention - to make all of our aspirations come true. The attention to detail on every aspect was superb, alongside excellent craftmanship delivering a tremendous finish. The Team were punctual, very friendly, always enjoyable to have in our home! Tony and his team just completed a small kitchen extension which transformed our house. Our cramped dark kitchen is now an airy welcoming space. We had worked with architects and put out to competitive tender. Tony’s price was fair, clear and he was clearly interested in the project. He kept to his price, regardless of the various twists and turns that we encountered in the 13 week build. The craftsmanship of his team is top class - from foundations to finishing they were thorough and precise.

Akram did a great job! really friendly and helpful! We had the bathroom layout changed to accommodate a large walk in shower, had the toilet moved and still managed to keep a bath tub, albeit a smaller tub! Very happy!! Would use his services again for sure!

Update. Less than a year later hot water cylinder stopped working. Nick doesn't return call nor text nor emails. On top of that he never sent any supporting documents as it was promised, so I now I have difficulties claiming a warranty. Shady. Stay away.

Dave did a teriffic job clearing up my very overgrown garden and accomplished in just a few hours a job I had been ignoring for months. He was very prompt to reply to my posting and appeared in the garden just a couple of days later. He did such a good job he's coming back to build us a bike shed and sort out the flowerbeds. Great job, thank you Dave!

Aarfaan is very knowledgeable and was quickly able to diagnose the problem and resolve it. The quote was given quickly, setting out the alternatives and we had to replace the windows. Once the decision was taken he came back and completed the job quickly and thoroughly. Would certainly use this firm again.

Very poor service, job still not completed. Simple job of testing, performed in begining of March, numerous calls/texts sent, certificates never arrived. Excuses included like “certificates are ready, just need to email”, “computer got virus”, “in hospital” etc. How long does it take for prepared certificates to be sent? Definitely not over a month. Very disappointed.

Sent a very clear and helpful quote and was ready to hire. But somehow my immersion heater has come back to life with no repair! Would recommend as one of the only heating engineers that gave me upfront clear pricing.

We have found drainage problems which the insurance company will not honour due to incorrect installation during this project. This has cost us dearly.

Ecotech carried out a complete bathroom installation. At the time i wasn't completely happy with the tiling - although a few years on, the tiles haven't dropped off! One or two issues where certain activities were carried out without checking with me first but in general everything was ok

En suite shower fitted - shower tray repeatedly leaked causing damage to newly painted ceiling in my lounge, the tiling in the shower enclosure is shoddy and the shower door was fitted the wrong way round. I had to sped nearly £300 getting an experienced plumber to sort out the shower tray, shower controls and damaged shower plinth.
