Ken is a brilliant plumber. He put gas central heating, boiler, a waste pipe through the house, and plumbed in 2 bathrooms. He is very friendly, patient and talked me through all the options. And he did everything on time and on budget. I would definitely use him again. Stella

I needed a Gas Engineer to service our gas boiler. I accepted Sam's quote, which was within my budget. The service was completed very quickly. Very efficient and pleasant people. The work was carried out promptly and in about half the time estimated. Slightly messy digger tracks left but it started raining shortly before the end of job so marks were inevitable but thought they could have repaired them a bit before they left. But, all in all I am happy to recommend Matthew to anyone.

Very bad workmanship. Huge hole just left in wall where pipe went through. Had to have someone in to replaster and make good. Boiler now condemned for a second time in two years. Flue has gaping holes around it and the gas flow sample test point was left with no cap and then the replacement doesn't fit either. AA homeserve say it's the worst installation they have ever seen.

I would definitely use Igor again. Positives were: - friendly & helpful - accommodated all our changes - good standard of work - stuck to Budget and I believe he genuinely did everything he could to help make our project affordable - has come back to investigate minor issues even after final payment There were some inevitable delays. Some were entirely our fault though - only improvement for future projects would be earlier warnings if delays foreseen.

We are so pleased with the work carried out. We did not know much about NPS before, and had to put a lot of trust in Neil. He repaid our trust with honesty and hard work. Our house being old, there were a number of complications, and Neil found a solution each time, without increasing the cost. I would definitely recommend NPS, and will certainly use them in any future projects we have.

I would give 6 stars if I could! Mike and Aaron showed a true passion and professionalism for their craft. Not only was my faulty boiler replaced in a day, but they also identified and made corrections to the previous installation. Really going the extra mile!
