Tony is a very experienced and knowledgeable heating engineer and was able to identify the problem with our combi boiler quickly and correctly. Tony is very personable and explained the fault to me in layman’s terms. Tony’s rates are very reasonable and the job was completed proficiently with no mess and no fuss. I would highly recommended Tony and Abbins Maintenance Ltd to anyone looking for a plumber.

Richard & his colleague (SW Energy & Heating) installed a new Vaillant Ecotec Plus 824 Boiler in my flat in SW17. Richard was very helpful & informative from the first conversation I had with him. I'm very happy with the work he completed. It was completed to a high standard at a very good price and at a time that was convenient for me. If any of my family or friends ever need a gas engineer, I will recommend Richard.

They solved 2 worrying problems for me so pleasantly,quick, enthusiastically, professionally, honestly, carefully I was so impressed how they took care not to knock anywhere with the ladder when they needed to bring it through my house; ( I have no side or back entrance). We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. Very much look forward to using LFC in the future.

What can I say about dean and his colleagues. I don't usually leave reviews but I can not rate Craig high enough, I would give a 10 if I could! Felt awful when I found out it involved a bit more work as the radiators were a slightly different size to the originals due to imperial / metric measurements but was made to feel so comfortable and that nothing was too much trouble. Really appreciated that the quoted price had not changed at all given the extra work! Outstanding service, very friendly, we will definately be using again! Thank you CMS.
