Performing maintenance on existing systems via servicing, carrying out CP12’s for landlords, diagnosing intermittent faults and repairing total breakdowns. I take pride in my work and strive to maintain high standards of work. I am of the opinion that most boilers can be maintained and repaired and rarely look to replace existing systems.

RS Property did a brilliant job on my bathroom; very professional and good communication with Roger throughout the project. I gave them a tight timeline and challenging materials and they worked well to get the job finished earlier than expected. I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. The site was left clean and tidy too so I am more than happy to recommend SNC Building and Maintenance Service for similar jobs.
