Adam responded really quickly to my posting, although I didn't go ahead with the original job I posted I did ask him to carry out another job. He did a great job redecorating a studio apartment with some repairs to the ceiling from an old leak. The place looked as good as new by the time he finished! The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now.
