We have really appreciated the efficient and professional work from Tom. He delivered a very competative quote in a good timely manner, when we agreed on the contract he arrived on time, and his work was good and accurate. Pete is a very reliable builder. He turned up on time, completed everything in the time agreed, and liased with building inspectors on our behalf. We would highly recccomend him and his team for anyone who who needs a reliable builder; who doesn't need supervision, and takes the stress out of contacting building inspectors. Richard & his colleague (SW Energy & Heating) installed a new Vaillant Ecotec Plus 824 Boiler in my flat in SW17. Richard was very helpful & informative from the first conversation I had with him. I'm very happy with the work he completed. It was completed to a high standard at a very good price and at a time that was convenient for me. If any of my family or friends ever need a gas engineer, I will recommend Richard.

We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. Very much look forward to using LFC in the future.

Max provided a quote for a job to remove a wall and rebuild it further along, the job ended up being more complicated than planned (we moved some lighting, needed to level floors and ceilings and moving radiators) but Max was clear about the additional charges and provided a fair price. Max's communication was excellent and the cleanest builder I have met. I wouldn't hesitate getting Max to do further work or to recommend him to others.
