Ussman came around to service our boiler and diagnose a problem we were experiencing. I can honestly say that he is an absolute professional. He knew his trade inside out & managed to fully repair the boiler and it is running so much better now. He didn't leave until he was sure we were satisfied. Kailum did a super job replacing a couple of radiators and installing an additional one in a ‘cold’ room. A once unusable space is now inhabitable. Other tradespeople had told us an additional radiator couldn’t be installed but Kailum has proven them wrong. We are delighted with the outcome and would thoroughly recommend.
