Very helpful, respectful, informative and honest. Was able to come and give us a quote very quickly which was reasonably priced. Additional work's were identified which also felt reasonably priced based upon similar quote. The leak's were fixed along with the chimney and lots of cement/pointing work. When I asked for additional photographs of completed works, James came around again to take photographs to show me how he had fixed the works. Would definitely recommend.

Extortionate charges to replace a under sink 40mm elbow £186. (inc. vat). I did not book this call I made a provisional booking, I had to check with my tenant to arrange access, I did not get back to Local Plumbers as I could not contact the tenant, they went ahead with the job and then had the cheek to charge me £186.00. I would be very wary, I would not recommend using this site.

Kailum did a super job replacing a couple of radiators and installing an additional one in a ‘cold’ room. A once unusable space is now inhabitable.
