On the phone, seemed knowledgeable and we're very helpful with arranging a time to come that suited me. Only gripe is that they said it would likely take 2 hours, but were done after 30 mins saying the job was easier than expected. Still charged me the full amount though.

The job was never completed. I paid for the materials but Tom Edmonds never showed up on the arranged date and before that he could not complete the job because he was off sick with food poisoning.. I have chased several times but he is not replying. To this day, the job has not been completed and I haven't heard from him. I have raised this to Rated people and the Vetting & Quality team is currently looking into it.

I'd been trying for well over a year to get someone to fix my solar panel array by removing a broken panel, and either nobody was interested in repair jobs and ghosted me, or they said expensive scaffolding would be needed.
