I was told I needed a new pump, they had a new pump with them and it was fitted and every thing was up and running within around 1 hour. Very professional. I received a very detailed quote. A breakdown of all costs and description of the work to be carried out (following a visit), the day after adding the job to this site. Although it wasn't urgent, they fitted me in as soon as they could, about a week later. Arrived early on the allocated day. The job took exactly as long as was estimated. Very polite and considerate. I hired 369 Home Design to refurbish my bathroom, if I could give more star I would, Mick was very professional and always cleaned up after himself, I'm very fussy but that wasn't a problem as all the materials used were of good quality, my bathroom is now luxurious and practical, I would have no problem in recommending 369 Home Design (Barnsley) you won't be disappointed.

Booked twice after confirming rate. First time he asked to change date. Agreed new time and date. Waited and he never turned up or contacted to say he wasn't going to do the job. Still need a cooker disconect and cap off. So I can move . No new communication.
