He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. Booking a convenient time was fairly good . Communication was good. Arrived promptly, however the work seemed quite rushed , and no joins were sealed with sealant as this is Lino fitted on a kitchen floor of high use for spillage /dirt im unsure how it will wear in due time . Some areas not glued down fully and visibly bubbled .

The work was to replace a toilet flush. Mr Aslam was friendly and replied quickly. When he arrived he said the work would cost more than originally quoted. I was not home personally to check his work, to my detriment. The toilet was left detached from the wall be around 3 cm. 8 weeks later that toilet is leaking. I was really disappointed when Mr Aslam said because of the amount of time passed he would not return without charging me a call out fee and for any new work. Very disappointed and unsatisfied
