I did not hire this company. They came to assess the job and promised to send me an estimate by email. However, despite several messages to them from myself, they never had the courtesy to respond or send me a job estimate. I would have zero confidence in this company, and obviously their customer relations needs improvement. Consequently, I am still seeking a tradesman to do the job.

I also issue landlord safety certificates and cover heat pumps. I have worked with many companies, including British Gas. I provide all my customers with great customer care. My aim is not only to resolve problems my customers encounter, but also to provide them with guidance and knowledge on how to prevent the problem from reoccuring in the future.
