Valentino has done a fantastic job of bathroom and kitchen refurbishment. He has delivered what he had promised no hidden charges and no false promises. Very reliable and soft spoken. Very misleading. I was told if a part was required I would not be charged for the time to go & get it. What I didn't anticipate was being asked to order the part online. I was told that I would incur another 1 hour charge to come back & fix it. The charge is £62.50 per half hour, minimum 1 hour. Having already paid the hourly charge I declined as total cost would have been £250 ex vat. plumber was at my house for 20 minutes, charged £125 ex vat, toilet not fixed. Rip off

Performing maintenance on existing systems via servicing, carrying out CP12’s for landlords, diagnosing intermittent faults and repairing total breakdowns. I take pride in my work and strive to maintain high standards of work. I am of the opinion that most boilers can be maintained and repaired and rarely look to replace existing systems.
