Petrus was very responsive on our request and after agreement, he immediately started our laminated floor job. He completed 2 rooms in a quick way and helped us to move these rooms after the work. However, there are some improvements need on connection points and sealing areas. I see some defects on sealers and after 2 months, there are 2 points in each room to give us some cracking sounds. Excellent customer service by the team. Fitted a new emergency valve cock lever to enable me to turn the toilet off. Fitted a new pipe to enable hot water to run through the new sink that was installed, so both hot and cold water work perfectly. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
