I’ve been given 512 words to review Kyle and his team and only need one- AMAZING. However, I did warn Kyle, that I had so much to say that 512 might not be enough- I will try to keep it short and to the point! I have never met someone who is so enthusiastic and passionate about what they do. If his motto should be anything it should be ‘we can do that’ and he does it BRILLIANTLY. Agreed a price of £85 for the service. Mr Griffiths arrived 50 mins late and pressed a reset button that I pointed out to him. He then told me he came out to get the rayburn going and NOT for a service as he would charge £200. He then had a good look around my home and priced up other work for and insisted on payment for the rayburn. I have been left £85 out of pocket, with a rayburn not working and very intimidated by the mannner this 'local' trademen operated. So upset I didnt leave the house for days.

The AA carried out my boiler replacement on the agreed date and the work was done quickly efficiently and very well. They left the house clean and tidy and explained how to use the boiler and new thermostat

They ruined my kitchen cut holes where there didn't have to be holes I'm disabled and stuck ìn bed They left me with no water or electricity an noway to cook for a week in this heat I've had to buy new cupboards an pay à plumber electrician an joiner as well to fix there mess if I could give them no star I would

It would be ideal if i could leave pictures as to the stat of my home and the damage this contractor caused. i had to get ride of this contractor and find an alternative. This has cost me double what it should have as i had paid this contractor the majority of his invoice then had to employ another to correct the work. please check the users tax filing on company house (which have not been completed) and the fact they have been expelled from the federation of master builders. not recommended

He did phone ahead to say he was 15 minutes away, but it was actually an hour. Everything else was OK, got a quote, and he answered the questions I asked.

Total waste of my time. Clearly advertised for a tradesman to install my alarm and they sent alarm salesmen instead. I will have use the yellow pages next time.Thanks.
