Mr Lewis took the job at a short notice and arrived exactly on time. His fault diagnosis on our combi boiler and plumbing was quick; he explained the issue the really well (with a diagram!) and how to fix it. He also serviced the boiler while explaining what he was doing which was helpful. His rate was definitely reasonable, with no surprise costs. Highly recommended tradesperson, and we will be requesting his services again for additional plumbing work.

Excellent job, hard working, trustworthy and very nice guy - I would recommend Tim to anyone, in fact I have and he has done other jobs for friends and colleagues, they also rate him 5 stars. Tim fitted all new rads, new boiler, new cold water tank, and shower pump for less than anyone else quoted and to a higher spec.

Simon and Lewis were excellent to work with - positive demeanors, friendly and very tidy. They resolved a few unexpected issues with the re-wire without complaint and without quoting for the additional work. They were also quicker than expected. Rob the plumber did an ok job. Plasterer only did half a job and never came back. Tilers then came in and tried to tile over poor finish, so I ended with poor tiling job also. Rob was not happy really with the finished job so knocked of a few quid, but I still ended up with a poorly finished bathroom.
