Found the person doing my guttering helpful and very informative about his trade. Accommodated me as was working away at the time and sent me a before and after photo of the old/new guttering. Was very clean and left the old guttering in a safe place as was Aluminium.

Kevin was asked to install a lever stopcock and Surestop method of turning our water supply off in a very pokey kitchen cupboard. His communication and preparation for the job was excellent and the work was booked in within a week.He also messaged at what time he would arrive on the day Also fitted in a repair to an outdoor tap at the end which I appreciated.He was a tidy considerate worker and I wouldn't hesitate in contacting him for any further work which is likely to be needed in the future.

Was called by this company and they asked if i could send them some photos of the work that needed to be done.. Jay replied back with a quote, i told him i was happy with the quote and he would carry out the Wednesday after next. When i texted him to find out what time they were coming to do the job, Jay replied , you have sent a deposit yet( did noy know i had too). He did not answer my text after this. He said he could do work done 2 days just up and left and said he would text me Thursday and would come on Friday and now I am left with work half done as he said he has right to council contract at any time so if I was anyone on here I would not hire as he is a con man I have contacted trading standers as he as used all my pipes and half done work and now saying we have threaten him he meant to have recorded but can't prove it so I would not hire as he told me he could do it but cause another job has call
