Nicholae was quick to respond and gave me an exact quote for the job. He was very clear and precise from the start and discussed what needs to be done. He gave good ideas and suggestions. He was very particular about what job needs to be done and what was agreed for the quote given so there was no misunderstanding later. The job was never completed. I paid for the materials but Tom Edmonds never showed up on the arranged date and before that he could not complete the job because he was off sick with food poisoning.. I have chased several times but he is not replying. To this day, the job has not been completed and I haven't heard from him. I have raised this to Rated people and the Vetting & Quality team is currently looking into it.
