I'd been trying for well over a year to get someone to fix my solar panel array by removing a broken panel, and either nobody was interested in repair jobs and ghosted me, or they said expensive scaffolding would be needed. This is just a booking service. Bit of a con. Ring around yourself! I urgently needed boiler fixed and paid £120 (£180 on w/e) for fix that day.. plumber didn’t actually come until 3 days later. He did a great job and I would have gladly given him the wasted £120 on top of the call out and parts which I paid him. Save yourself money and if you can, ring a plumber yourself.
