This is just a booking service. Bit of a con. Ring around yourself! I urgently needed boiler fixed and paid £120 (£180 on w/e) for fix that day.. plumber didn’t actually come until 3 days later. He did a great job and I would have gladly given him the wasted £120 on top of the call out and parts which I paid him. Save yourself money and if you can, ring a plumber yourself.

Very professional. I received a very detailed quote. A breakdown of all costs and description of the work to be carried out (following a visit), the day after adding the job to this site. Although it wasn't urgent, they fitted me in as soon as they could, about a week later. Arrived early on the allocated day. The job took exactly as long as was estimated. Very polite and considerate. Happy with job overall, skilled caftmanship. After job issue: Glue has leaked onto door from frame and hardened until seen on day of instalation. Was advised it can be fixed and will attend to it when passing by. The rating will be changed once this is fixed or new door installed as I paid for new door. It is not my doing thaglue leaked.
