I trained and worked as a sheet metal worker and steel fabricator for 10 years and then as a metal artist for 12 years and have now given up my workshop to do handyman work. Upon inspection I noiced that there was a huge gap underneath the bathroom door thru which I could get my hand On asking him why he had done that he said to go over my bathroom mat. I said I had not asked him to do that and asked him to replace the door. He then became abusive and threatening. and I had to fetch my neighbour for my own safety.
