I found that having a payment plan was a great idea as this lessened the big pay outs, the overall build was to a good standard especially it being the wettest March, April, May and June. This should be 0 stars. The company took 2 years to do a poor job. The gutters installes hold water and dont drain despite trying to fix 5 times. The patio drainage gutter was installed level so no drainage with huge amounts of mud collection. Storeroom renovation damaged from poorly fitted external roof seal. Walls and ceiling water damaged. Al always away and Claire is hopless. Cost £40000 and most of the work sub standard. Poor and dangerous electrics which failed EICR Test. Dont use
