The initial estimate for replacing two roofing tiles was £150. However, upon inspection, additional necessary work was identified. Instead of providing a revised quote, the contractor proceeded with the extra tasks and invoiced me for £1950. To exacerbate the situation, the quality of the work left much to be desired. The newly installed tiles were of a completely different color, and the sealing standard near the ridge was notably unprofessional.

Came out to measure up and give quote. Quote did not come, reminded them about quote and they said it had been sent. gave them alternative email but still no quote. Why not say they didn't want the job instead of me hanging on. One star is the lowest I can give or it would have been ZERO
