Craig got in touch quickly, gave me a rough estimate over the phone and answered all my questions. Surveyor arrived on time, gave instant quote. Price was good. Michael and (another) Craig turned up to do the job on the day, time given. Good, tidy job. Can't fault anything, from start to finish!! Would recommend!

George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. Hi my name is Gary and i started GKMC back in 2002 servicing mainly large contractors on refurbishment of listed buildings. Specialising in lime re-pointing to brick and stonework, and also hard landscaping. Now looking to work in the domestic side. As of 2022 we now have offices in Selsey, Banbury & Sandy Bedfordshire.
GKMC Building Services has just repointed the south westerly wall of our house, the finished job is fantastic it looks like new. Their meticulous attention to detail is perfect. They cleaned up afterwards and you would not know they had been here. So friendly, well done Gary and your team.

Had another that was q touch cheaper however, from the conversation I had, believed that the job would be of a better quality through D&S and was glad with my decision. George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful
