Andy and Dan together with their team of local tradesmen provided us with a 1st class job. Our garage conversion into 2 rooms was completed on time, to an excellent finish and to the exact budget they quoted. Found this company through rated people when I was looking for someone to clean the moss off my roof. The service they provided was excellent, they were very polite & clearly knew what they were doing & the cost was far less than I had been quoted by others. Did not accept job as it did not fit. Offered me advice and said he would take the old wall down for me if I needed it done. Great as a single woman to not be offered bad advice. Thanks for your honesty Site would not let me leave blanks bit I can really only judge reliability

SD roofing are polite friendly hard working and always strive for the best finish. Could not be happier with the finished product and was very well priced. We feel so lucky to have found Colin for decorating our kitchen, family room, study, bedroom and utility room. He's done the most amazing job swiftly and efficiently and we are so pleased with his work. Not only did he do a brilliant job but he was meticulous in tidying up afterwards and always kept a smile on his face! Neil ended up completing the full 2nd fix in my new build property, including fitting of staircase, kitchen, doors, skirting, laminate and associated tasks. All work was completed to a high standard, including the overcoming of some difficulties in actually fitting in the staircase to comply with building control. I would not hesitate to recommend Neil for your carpentry project and will certainly use him again.

The end result was outstading and carried out in a very professional manner. The space we were working with was awkward and there were no bedroom/ wardrobe specialists who could create something in the space we had. Dom had one initial site visit and took all measurements down before completeing the work off site. The wardrobes, drawers and shelves were then fitted in one day. What was created looks as though it has always been there which is superb given the space he had to work with. Well recommended.

Fantastic service from Cristian - was quick to respond to the initial request, I sent him some photos and he quoted straight away, and then was here 3 days from making the request. Extremely pleasant guy who clearly knew what he was doing and from start to finish I couldn't be happier. He also fitted a chimmney cowl that I had whilst up on the roof as part of his original quote. If you want someone to do a great job, will leave the place spotless and DON'T want a dodgey roofer then he's your man.

Unfinished skirting board installation. All seemed well at first, but a few weeks later I noticed sealant had been missed under all of the radiators. I contacted Steven to see if he could get somebody finish this off. He said maybe the silicone gun couldn't get under the radiators - this wasn't the case as sealant had been done up to the pipes (which were chipped into the wall, so even less of an obstruction). A week later, I have had no further contact hence why I am l leaving this review.

GKMC Building Services has just repointed the south westerly wall of our house, the finished job is fantastic it looks like new. Their meticulous attention to detail is perfect. They cleaned up afterwards and you would not know they had been here. So friendly, well done Gary and your team.

Excellent the quality of work was fantastic. Very knowledgeable contractor with wide range of skills. The tiling looks so good the room is transformed. Very hassle free installation. Thank you Ian and Ryan. Would definitely use again for other work.
